Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi Kepercayan dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Guru SMP Swasta Kabupaten Tangerang / Syafa'at Ariful Huda



The objectives of this research is to study the effect of Organizational Justice, trust and job satisfactionon teacher organizational citizenship behavior of Junior High School at Regency. This research used survey method.The samples of this research were 273 personswith random proportional selection. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and SEM (structure equation model)in inferential statistics.The results of the research can be concluded that: organizational justice, trust and job satisfactionhad a direct effect on teacher organizational citizenship behavior; organizational Justiceand trust had a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction, and organizational justicehad a direct effect on teacher job satisfactionof Junior High School. Therefore to improve teacher organizational citizenship behavior,the school should improve organizational Justice, trust and job satisfaction.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior, Organizational Justice, Trustand Job satisfaction.
