This study aims to explain about the implementation of the policy of
structuring and equity teachers civil servants of senior high school and
vocational public of Banda Aceh city in Aceh Province.
In this study using Stake's Countenance evaluation model consisting of
antecedent, transaction, and outcame. The data were collected through
document analysis,and interview. Sources of data in this study from head of
devision senior high school, head of devision vocational school, head of
devision teacher of kindergarden, section chief of senior high school, section
chief of vocational school, education office, and principal.
The results of the evaluation research indicate that the policy of
structuring and equity of teachers of civil servants of senior high school dan
vocational of public school in Banda Aceh city has not been implemented
maximally. The results of this evaluation that need to be improved are
program planning and socialization, implementation mechanism of activity,
monitoring, and guidance and supervision to give positive impact for the
needs fulfillment, teacher’s redistribution, performance improvement and
teacher’s competency.
