Pengaruh Kompetnsi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Jasmani dalam Mengajar di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Se-DKI Jakarta pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19/Ahmad Zuhair Isnaini



The aim of this study was to discover the effect of competence and motivation toward the performance of Physical Education teachers in teaching at Public Islamic Senior High School throughout Jakarta Province during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to the PE teachers at the Public Islamic Senior High Schools in DKI Jakarta. The population used in this research was Physical Education teachers and the researcher applied the total sampling technique to select the samples. In conducting this research, there were 35 teachers involved as the object of this study. According to the type of research and data collection techniques that have been created, the data obtained has been analyzed and described based on the mean, standard deviation, minimum value, and maximum value. The result of the calculation reveals that the significance value for the simultaneous influence of X1 and X2 on Y is 0.04 F, thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which indicates that there is a simultaneous effect of X1 and X2 on Y. Hence, it shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In conclusion, this study discovers that there is a positive and significant influence between the competence and motivation on the performance of the Physical Education teachers at the Public Islamic Senior High Schools in DKI Jakarta.
