Abraham strives to teach children a unique and inspiring philosophy that focuses on the integration of mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes. Abraham earned a master's degree in elementary education at Hawaii Pacific University, a B.A in Physical Education from the University of Puerto Rico, and the top national personal training certifications. His ambition to help many lead him to serve in the U.S Army. Abraham empowers students to define and reach their own goals, both physical and emotional.
