This study aims to evaluate teacher professional development programs at the Ash-Shofa Pekanbaru Foundation. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted with an evaluation method with a discrepancy evaluation model. Result: the design phase, the guidance program professional teachers have a clear concept, the design of programs, objectives and programs which were carried out in the Strategic Plan (Plan). Installationphase, the entire program is supported by the resources and the allocation of the budget each year, as well as co-factors other. The coaching program is explained in 7 (seven) standards; content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educator standards, facility standards, management standards and assessment standards. The process phase, the program is carried out based on the Strategic Plan in accordance with the implementation schedule. Program implementation is based on priority scale, some programs are not implemented according to the schedule that has been programmed. The results phase, most programs have not met 100% or there are still gaps in all standards.Keywords: coaching program, teacher, professional, discrepancy
