This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and ICT mastery on the quality
of service of Catholic elementary school teachers in South Tangerang. This research was
conducted using the Surve method with a quantitative approach and path analysis
techniques. The population in this study was 312 teachers. The research sample consisted
of 176 teachers of Catholic private elementary schools in South Tangerang. The sampling
technique used in this study was a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected
through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis.
The results showed that the results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the
magnitude of the influence of leadership (XI) on teacher service quality (Y) directly was
0.3902-0.152, or 15.2%. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of ICT Mastery (X2)
on Teacher Service Quality (Y) directly is 0.4862-0.236, or 23.6%, while the magnitude of
the influence of Leadership (X1) on Teacher Service Quality (Y) moderated by ICT Mastery
(X2) is 0.214, or 21.4%. Then the total effect of ICT mastery (X2) on teacher service quality
(Y) is 0.390 + 0.486 x 0.440-0.603, or 60.3%. In other words, it can be concluded that, first,
principal leadership has a direct positive effect on the quality of teacher services. Second,
mastery or use of information technology (ICT) has a direct positive impact on the quality
of teacher services. Third, principal leadership has a direct effect on teachers' ICT mastery.
