This research aims to know the success of the implementation of environmental policy in the framework of green industrial property in Depok, West Java province. Research conducted in residential commercial and noncommercial (subsidies) in the city of Depok. The method used is implementation policy evaluation methods Grindle which consists of two aspects (evaluation context, and content). The results of this study indicate, (1) context, the developer housing already refers to the legal basis the Government Regulation No. 27 Year 2012 on environmental permits. In addition, the majority of housing already have documents the efforts of environmental management and Environmental Monitoring particularly large categories of housing, but the housing category is small yet has a document documents the efforts of environmental management and Environmental Monitoring particularly by reason: the process that was compounded, and terms that are considered complex, (2) content, in order to achieve green industrial property is divided into several aspects include; aspects of planning that includes the function changes and land use, increased traffic flow as well as the damage to roads so expect housing developers can pay attention to the impact of the existence of the property industry in the region. Aspects of the actuating which includes a decrease in run off, soil erosion and flooding, air quality (dust), noise, water quality, and water quantity, so that the surrounding communities complained of the existence of industrial property on its territory. Controlling aspect, still lack the supervision against the management of the property industry and the lack of socialization, as well as the absence of coaching from government policies that led to green's property industry. Conclusions in General that the implementation of environmental policy in the framework of green industrial property has not been optimal.
