This study aims to evaluate the influence of cardiorespiration, self-efficacy, individual social reactions, and emotional intelligence on academic achievement of students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PJKR) Study Program, Musamus University. Using quantitative methods with surveys and path analysis, this study examines the causal relationship between these variables. Samples were taken using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, with a questionnaire as an instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study showed a significant influence of cardiorespiration, self-efficacy, individual social reactions, and emotional intelligence on academic achievement in movement courses. Cardiorespiration has a direct effect on emotional intelligence, which then has an impact on academic achievement. Self-efficacy and social reactions also have a direct effect on emotional intelligence, which acts as an important mediator. This study also found an indirect effect of cardiorespiration, self-efficacy, and individual social reactions through emotional intelligence on academic achievement. These findings emphasize the important role of emotional intelligence in improving academic achievement and provide insight into the development of more holistic learning programs. This study provides significant contributions to understanding the factors that influence the academic achievement of PJKR students as well as practical implications for integrative learning programs.
